Magna Community Living Services does believe that anyone can live successfully in the community if the proper support systems are in place.  Our primary objective is individualized community living alternatives.

We Believe in Personalized Services

To provide the quality, personalized care that families can rely on, we design an active care plan.  This plan reflects any specialized services that may be required. Services are chosen to fit the individual. 

We Believe in Responsibility

A good system of checks and balances is maintained at Magna.  HTSs report to the House Supervisor,  the House Supervisor to the Program Coordinator,  the Program Coordinator is accountable to the Director of Residential Services, who then becomes accountable to the Executive Director and ultimately to the Board of Directors.

We Believe in Human Rights

It is our belief that people who have developmental disabilities have a right to:  quality community based residential services, public support of habilitation services, and dignity and respect.  These rights are the focus of Magna determination and continued effort on behalf of the consumer of service.
